Rangemaster DL Pro 90 Induction top repair
Awesome results! Am so grateful to have located and found Joshua and their family company NBA Appliance Services, selected from a few who just couldn’t or wouldn't help, NBA kept their promise, and came to survey our temp concerns and with broken glass induction top, parts were sourced and delivered within given time scale, and today, I am delighted were back in good food production! Dishwasher repair
I called NBA services to repair my Ikea washing machine. Josh came to our house on time, he was very friendly and courteous. The fault was that the diswasher wasnt heating up. He did the initial repair in about a hr and charged me for 1hr labout + parts = £120. Unfortunatly after he left we discovered that the dishwasher wasnt quite fully repaired, so Josh came our replaed a second smaller part and now the dishwasher is fully working again. He did not charge be for the second visit, saying that it was being done under his warranty. Wash Dryer Repair
Requested the company to repair a malfunctioning washer-dryer. First appointment determined it was a weight bearing replacement job. They said they’d be in touch. Had to follow up several times, with no result. Every time I called or WhatsApp’d they didn’t request my ID/location, so unsure if they even knew what client they were communicating with. After one of the 20 attempts to determine the status of my request, they asked “is that an LG?” When my machine is a Samsung. So clearly they had no clue of who they were talking with. Hello, on checking there was an outstanding payment for quite a while which hindered your repair, Parts were ordered once you had paid but as explained were out of stock, your part fits LG and Samsung thats why when you called the we just said which was was it as the screen had yet to load. we sent you a letter informing you due to the abuse we would not be continuing your repair so very confused about your review.
