Washing Machine Installation
Quick and easy, no fuss and Joshua was friendly and helpful
Repair to electric oven Fan noisy and striking front plate.
Josh attended and cured the problem in minutes.Explaining how the fault happens and how to remedy it. He could have replaced the part but said it was not needed and would be an unnecessary expense. Josh is a pleasant efficient young man and we would not hesitate to use his firm again. An honest approach to his customers will surely bring him continued success.U

Tumble Dryer
I had an issue with my tumble dryer, it turned out to be the wheel that holds the belt in place, I thought it would be an easy fix,seeing as I had the machine a while. As I could not get the part so I advertised on check a trade and got some response, This trader asked for photos of the dryer and it turns out that it had been recalled and so they put me on the right path to get a replacement, (which I knew nothing about) I now have a brand new dryer so thank you very much for your help really appreciated.
Repair of Neff washer/dryer
Josh repaired our washer/dryer. He did a fantastic job, talked us through it and was super friendly. The price was great value and he was clearly really knowledgable. We’d definitely use Josh again and recommend him to others.
Repaired our Neff Oven. Great service and excellent price
Our Neff oven broke whilst coking dinner I called NBA and Spoke with Tanya who was very polite and friendly. She explained the cost to us and gave us a call out and a time slot (which is rare these days) that meant we did not have to wait in all day. The Engineer Josh turned up, he was friendly polite and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and luckily had a part to fix it with him. It is an excellent service and saved us a fortune
