  Nick came out to repair a faulty boiler and carry out the annual maintenance, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He quickly identified the fault, ordered the required part, and had everything repaired the very same day. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and thorough. Fantastic service from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing boiler repairs or servicing.

  Skirting Board heating

  This was the first time Nick had installed such a system. He did an excellent job researching the system and was even willing to talk to the manufacturers to get the system installed correctly. Thanks for the hard work Nick. Not many heating engineers would consider the job.

  Gas Boiler Service and ensuite shower unit replacement

  This was the first time using NCH and we'll certainly be going back for all future work! We had a gas boiler service and a replacement of shower unit. Nick is friendly and professional, he arrived on time, the work is excellent and very tidy, and the quoted price was accurate. Prior to coming round Nick enquired about the device models we had, so he knew exactly what he was dealing with before he even arrived, which was really diligent and efficient. We highly recommend NCH and will certainly be booking in with Nick for all future work.
