Air source heat pump installation — great company
We were hoping to give NCS a 5* rating, as the service was generally excellent. The survey by Stuart -- and his patient and clear responses to our numerous pre-contract queries -- and office admin by Dawn were outstanding. The engineers were courteous, treated our house like a home, and keen to do the best job they could. Unfortunately, we had a number of problems due to poor communication and rushed work by one individual. All of these were promptly and effectively dealt with, and Stuart visited us to discuss them and assure us that steps are being taken to protect future customers.Job location: SG510 Central Heating

NCS Property Maintenance was founded around 20 years ago and carries out plumbing and heating work for the general public, councils, housing associations, schools, commercial businesses and private landlords. We offer FREE estimates as well as FREE home energy assessments providing advice on suitable energy efficient products and improvements. We are now Diamond accredited Worcester Bosch Installers.
We have access to government grants and can provide advice as to your eligibility. We also offer 2 year interest free credit for boiler installations.
