Fascia/Soffits/Guttering/Cladding Front and Rear
Neil gave an informative itemised quote for the work. The quoted price was more than reasonable. Scaffolding was a definate requirement, Neil was the ONLY quote to require scaffolding for safety. Others insisted on ladders. Neil and his team mate are dedicated, hard working and trustworthy. Neil also replaced Anglians bad cowboy work from 20 yrs ago. The scaffolding team erected the scaffolding 3 days b4 start date in impressive coordinated arrangement. A laser line was used to ensure precision. You want a proper job without any hassle or concern. Give ND Installations a call. We did and were glad.
We had a extension and ground works done.
My husband and I could not be happier with the work that neil and his team have completed. We had an extension and groundwork carried out. Super Reliable, very high standard of work, clean and tidy. Neil and his team went above and beyond for us and we would happily use them again for any future work. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
Completely rebuild a door canopy in traditional design
Excellent communication from initial contact. We knew timescales and where everything was without having to ask. Price was competitive and everyone involved was obviously very talented. The final product is excellent quality and we could not recommend the guys enough.
Revamp of a Tired Conservatory
We asked ND Installations SW to help us revamp our very tired brick built conservatory. Neil and his team did a fantastic job, adding a Guardian Warm Roof and helping us turn it into a much improved additional living space. Neil was always fast at responding to any questions we had, and was always on top of progress on the job. His team were an absolute pleasure to have around! They worked really hard to get a quality job done as efficiently as possible, whilst keeping a very tidy site and being very considerate of anything that may disturb our neighbours. We would use them again.
Water penetration at front of property around chimney stacks and new roof put on tenement
Absolutely outstanding job done. Honest reliable company. Would recommend to anyone. Arrived on time for work. Was keep up to date at all times of work being carried out. Friendly approachable and polite too. Couldn’t fault any of the men working at property.
Loft conversion
ND Installations SW delivered a high quality dormer loft conversion at our house in Plymouth - and I am so pleased we chose them. We were been talked through every step of the installation and the end product exactly what we hoped for when we started. When we asked for tweaks to the plans they were accommodated and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you're looking for reliable home improvement work I can't recommend them highly enough. A loft conversion is by far the biggest investment we have made, besides owning our home itself, and I do not regret it one bit. Top builders.
