There did very good job and was very happy with work carried out.

We had work carried out by Craig from this company who had come out to give us a quote for work in our bathroom and a boiler service, as well as carrying out the work when we were happy and approved the quote. Craig was fantastic carrying out the work, he came on time for a morning appointment so we didn't have to wait around for long; he carried out the work professionally and was clean throughout. He communicated throughout, which was very helpful. Morgan from the company was also a great help and gave clear and quick communication which was great. Definitely recommend this company.

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness throughout the job. Communication was prompt and clear from start to finish. When they discovered the boiler pressure needed adjustment and had to return to complete the work, they handled it with complete honesty and consideration. What really stood out was their integrity - they didn't overcharge me for the additional visit, even though many contractors would have treated this as a separate job. Their straightforward, honest approach and commitment to doing the job right made this a very positive experience. Highly recommend!

After getting no response from local traders, I turned to checkatrade, very quickly I got 3 responses, I chose Neil rhucroft as they were the closest, from the start they were friendly and helpful, giving clear costs at all stages, the work was carried out with care and I was given all the information needed, very happy customer, wil definitely use them again

I was contacted by Neil Rhucroft Heating Services within a day or so of posting my job request on Checkatrade. From there on they were great, very communicative, within a half a day I'd had a quote and was booked in. The job I had was a leak that had happened at the back of our bath and it had leaked through the kitchen ceiling below and we were due to go on holiday pretty soon after logging the job. Couldn't have asked for anything more, they were straight out and finished the work within a few hours. Greg the engineer was top, helpful with advice and knowledge too so no complaints at all.
