  This year was a bit of a let down.

  After several years of excellent service, both fitting and servicing my central heating boilers, this year was a bit of a let-down. The service appointment was for between 9:00 and 12:00, the engineer finally turned up at 13:20. I was also told I would get a text message to say he was on his way, that didn’t happen. During the service the engineer managed to get water down the wall, over the work service and on the boiler handbook, which I then had to dry out. Good job it was a nice sunny day! I will use the company again, in hope that this was an isolate case.

  Replacement central heating boiler and hot water cylinder.

  Neil Robertson Plumbing are always there for our plumbing needs, no matter how small or large. Our recent installation of a new boiler and transfer of location of the hot water cylinder felt like a huge job for us. In reality, Alex and his team were with us for the predicted five days and completed the job successfully, efficiently and with great professionalism. Thank you so much.

  Absolutely Fantastic Service - including a baby arriving mid install!!

  From initial consultation, to quote, to installation, all aspects have been on a truly personal, customer-focused, exceptionally positive basis. The consultation was informative, the quote extremely competitive, the install conducted to an extremely high level, and the outcome is magnificent. During the install the chief tradesman's wife unexpectedly entered early labour, leading him to understandably down tools immediately. This, however, was absolutely no problem because within minutes a replacement arrived to continue the installation - there was no panic, no delay, just brilliant service

  we have been using neil robertson for 30 years. they are always very professional. Callum's work was excellent. he was also very tidy and polite. The new apprentice Neil was pretty good too. all exceptional. highly recommended

  This is a company that always delivers. Communication, punctuality, quality of work, attention to tidiness. Once I discovered them, I always use them for any works to do with plumbing repairs, central heating overhaul, boiler installation and servicing.
