Davey was professional, reliable and reassuring throughout. This was an emergency call out due to my elderly parents getting locked out of the house. Within minutes of calling (out of hours) we were at the property and back in the house with a new lock fitted and 5 spare keys! Fastest turnaround from a tradesman uve ever experienced. Having moved into our new home we found that both external doors were virtually impossible to lock or unlock. I put a message on here in the early hours to receive a phone call in 10 mins. He came very quickly and went above and beyond to replace and fix my locks and doors. He was very kind and helpful. I found the price very reasonable. Job location: NE16Very helpful advice over the phone. Came out to repair a back door lock and replace door handle within 2 days. Great job and door is now working perfectly.10 The “gearbox “ in the door needed replacing and in addition he recommended a more secure key barrel

Door lock mechanism was old and I was unable to shut the door at all, David was out super fast. Whole inner lock was replaced and he even tried to align the other door to take the stress of the old problamatic door. 2nd time using David through checks trade and always does the job fast and efficient.
