  Outstanding Service and Quality Workmanship

  We recently had Jack and the team supply and fit carpets to our bedrooms and staircase, along with herringbone LVT flooring downstairs, and we’re delighted with the results. From the initial visit with samples through to installation, communication was excellent and the quote was clear with no hidden costs. Jack and the team were always prompt, polite, tidy, and respectful of our home. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and both the carpets and flooring look fantastic. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent service throughout.

  Easy to work with, excellent results

  We engaged Neville Flooring to replace the flooring in the bar at the Best Western Thurrock Hotel and were extremely pleased with the service provided. From the outset, Jack was highly responsive, professional and easy to deal with. He understood our requirements, worked to the agreed timescale and completed the project within budget, which was particularly important as we needed to minimise disruption to our business operations. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the finished result has transformed the area.

  Jack and Daniel truly impressed me with their fast and professional work, excellent communication, reasonable and competitive price, and how clean and tidy they kept everything throughout the job. They were patient, helpful, and always tried their best to satisfied every request, which made the whole renovation process a pleasant experience. If you want to renovate your house on a tight budget, find Jack. Hr can turn an old house into something that feels like a brand new build in such a short time and such a reasonable cost.
