Conveniently added on an extra 1.5 hours of labour, and also increase the hourly rate from what was agreed over text beforehand. Blatant attempt at trying to get some extra cash out of me. No explanation, when confronted they just sent through a revised invoice with the correct amount on. Feel sorry for their customers who may not ask for a breakdown of the costs
