  Refurbish Bathroom

  The work was so bad we had to have it ripped out and redone. Time keeping and work ethic was very poor. Unfortunately I paid a lot of money up front and I'm now having to fight to get it back. A complete disaster which has caused anxiety and high stress levels.

  2 panels were cut below par when being fitted by our sub-contractor. These were removed, replaced and refitted free(rightly so). You decided to change the other 5 fitted panels for a different colour. We refunded 20k for the extension we were going to do, we also bought and still have materials for this project, and we paid back a non refundable deposit despite losing 5 months work for a relatively small issue. Something that caused a lot of stress and anxiety for us too. Upon completing your bathroom you were both happy with the finished product, you also commented on how tidy we were. I feel this is a bad review because you want more money from us - we have passed this account to a surveyor to look at. The ceiling was also bowed along that wall making the cut harder (not an excuse) Our (ex) sub-contractor made a mistake with 2 cuts and we accept that. Regretfully, we understand that your confidence may have been lost, another reason we paid back the 20k without hesitation. However we believe we have done and are doing all in our power to resolve this fairly and will continue to do that.

  Sink fitted and hygiene boards fitted to walls in commercial kitchen

  Very happy with the work carried out, they even gave us a higher spec on the hygiene boards as they wanted it to look it’s best. They went over and above, super professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

  New garden log cabin, new dining room, garage conversion to bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

  Tom from Nexa was easy to communicate with and the work was planned, organised to be done in timely manner. Professional job done efficiently and to a high standard. Nexa has done a wonderful job on our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done. I highly recommend Nexa for plumbing and construction needs.

  Full bathroom refurbishment

  NEXA recently carried out a full bathroom refurb for myself. To say I was pleased with the end finish would be an understatement. The eye to detail from start to finish was extremely impressive. Easy to deal with, helpful, polite and always on time ! Highly recommend.

  Complete house refurbishment

  Tom from NEXA attended to our property to quote for a full house refurbishment ready for us to rent the property. This included new kitchen, bathroom, new doors, crack repairs, carpets and decoration throughout. There was a lot of work to do and it was urgent as we had already rented the property back out so needed the work done quickly. Tom and his team worked weekends and into the evenings to get the job done in the tight timeframe. Our tenants even commented on how nice it was to move into a property that had been done up so well. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend NEXA Construction
