  Not the company for me

  I contacted this company through Checkatrade after sending videos of the work required. The flooring fitted was to a good standard, however issues started after the downstairs toilet was completed. I later discovered both the basin and toilet were leaking following the fitting. When I raised this, the fitter became defensive and accused me of causing the damage to avoid payment, which was completely untrue. I was left paying for an emergency plumber and repairs myself. Very disappointing customer service and refusal to resolve the issue professionally.

  You and I both know that this is not the full story. The flooring was fitted on Thursday and as I informed you I couldn’t return until Monday, however due to a personal issue I messaged Sunday night to say it was now going to be Tuesday. You didn’t seem happy with this and chose to constantly harass me on Monday after I told you I was unavailable, when I refused to go, you sent a video of a leak under the sink which somehow started 4 days after fitting the flooring. I told you I wasn’t returning because you made me feel like uncomfortable and left you with FREE skirting and told you not to pay

  Louis installed our flooring and I couldn’t recommend him more. Communication was excellent both online and in person — always clear, prompt, and reassuring. He works in a very clean, organised way with great attention to detail. What truly stood out was his integrity: when an issue arose, he acted incredibly quickly, making space between his appointments to come back and resolve it. That level of care is rare. Polite, respectful, and a real pleasure to have in the house — you’ll be in the best hands.

  skirting board fitting

  Louis and his partner did a great job replacing rotten skirting board in three bathrooms. Communication excellent throughout. Price also very reasonable and work carried out at a very high level. Left everything neat and tidy. I would unreseverdly recommend Louis.

  Replacement Hallway Flooring

  Louis did a fabulous job in laying our new floor. A few snags which only came to light after the old flooring was removed were ironed out and the finished floor looks superb. Louis was ably assisted by Jan who expertly added the finishing touches. All in all a superb job from start to finish. I would highly recommend Next Level Flooring!
