  Helpful, competitive and honest

  We were really happy with the work that Norfolk Exteriors did for us. Jordan was pleasant and helpful from the first quote onwards and they gave us a competitive quote. The guys that fitted our new door and windows couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. There were a few snags/things that needed adjusting at the end of the job and the team sorted them out and made sure that we were happy that everything had been completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

  UPVC Windows Installation

  Windows, Facias and Soffits

  After a very successful installation of doors and some porch remodelling, I decided to go back to Norfolk Exterior Solutions to have all the windows replaced in our bungalow. I asked for a quote for the facias and soffits too, not expecting to be able to afford it all in one go, but they came back with a great all in price. As before, the quality of the work was exceptional. They use a top product line and you can tell as it looks and feels amazing. All their work has gone towards helping us achieve our dreams for our bungalow. Highly recommended.

  Double Glazing Installation

  A few issues

  I had a mixed experience with Norfolk Exterior Solutions. Overall, communication was good and I was happy with the initial visit and quote for a large entrance window replacement. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the installation, the main ones being that the glass wasn't packed properly inside the frame and the interior sill trim was no where near level. I had also asked for bevelled bead to match all of the other windows, but a chamfered bead was fitted. After initially saying it they can't supply a bevelled bead, they agreed to change it and rectify the other issues.

  A good experience, I recommend this company.

  Had a very good experience with this company. Had nine windows and front door replaced. Work was completed on time after receiving a very good quote. Made a big difference to the house both inside and out. Using the company again to replace remaining windows and back door.

  Garage personnel door

  Excellent service from start to finish. Everybody i dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. I had Damo add a personnel door to the side of my garage and he did an excellent job. Professional and efficient and left it spotless when they were done, couldnt ask for more. Would highly recommend.
