  New windows, doors, Fascia/Soffits.

  From the start Jordan and Sophie were very thorough and professional. The quote was quick and very competitive. When the work started they kept me updated throughout and cleared up after themselves everyday. Jordan kept in contact throughout to make sure that we were happy. We will be using Norfolk Exterior Solutions again for our next project.

  Good roof repair

  Reliable company. Started work the day they said they would. Organised scaffold, skip etc. Good communication. Very friendly staff. The guys on site were happy to tell me what was going on. Any extras asked for were quickly sorted. They made at good job of removing my roof tiles, felt and batons, disposing of them. Fitting new felt and treated batons, then replaced the old tiles. I have already recommended them.

  Excellent professional outfit

  Can’t praise this outfit enough. From the start Jordann made a thorough onsite assessment ( others chose to quote from my description only) and explained clearly what needed to be done and how. The quotation was highly competitive and the company’s surveyor came to make detailed calculations a few days later. Work started within 3 weeks and was carried out in a competent and very friendly manner. The day after completion , heavy rainfall thoroughly and successfully road tested the new roof! Thanks guys!

  Highly recommend this company.

  Everyone in this company is friendly and competent. They were helpful and responsive to our needs and requirements. The Surveyor listened to us and his professional suggestions improved on our ideas. The Work Teams were all respectful and professional. We had two Trade Teams and they both carried out their work with care and skill. Both told us that they treated each job as if they were working in their own homes.

  Soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipe replacement

  Norfolk Exterior Solutions have just finished their third piece of work for us: 1) replace all soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes 2) replace tiled roof with flat roof, 3) replace patio door and 2 windows. They did a great job, the team was very efficient and quick. I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided; I would definitely recommend this company.
