Nice professional lads, gave me a price, the simple job turned into a non simple job ( story of my life). They had to go away and source another part, this was over the weekend. Nothing was a problem and they were very polite. Will use this company again. Excellent service.

they contracted very & send someone with 2hrours all though it was not emergency which was incredible. saw the problem gave quote & job was done on spot within half an hour. very good

Good work but very expensive

Was told someone would call me back for a quote within 2 hrs but then they turned up at my door 30 mins later, I let them in to look at the job and give quote which was £228 inclusive of VAT. As a new home owner knowing nothing about the cost of calling out a plumber or the parts needed I agreed and to be fair, they were quick, very pleasant and fixed the problem in 10-15 minutes. However, I have since heard from various other tradesmen who have said I was overcharged for the job and it should have cost no more than £130. For that reason, I am unlikely to use again and will shop around - turning up to the house unannounced feels like a bit of a deliberate tactic as obviously less likely to say no once someone is already here and able to quickly resolve the problem.

turned up on time and completed the job in very quick and professional manner. happy to use them again fir any future plumbing.
