• Water flowing from Tundish - valve repair

  Miguel called me within half an hour on the day I posted my issue and came out the same day, diagnosed the valve issue, ordered the part and returned on the Saturday to complete the repair. Very impressed with such a prompt service and checked everything on the Hot Water Cylinder and even my checked my stopcock before leaving which was very thorough. Great service and will definitely be the company I call on again if ever I need plumbing help!

• Over flow system kept running and wouldn’t stop

  North Star were brilliant! The over flow kept running and wouldn’t stop even though the Ballcock was working correctly. They came out at a moment’s notice and explained what they were doing. After a few checks the problem was identified as the mixer tap in the bathroom that was faulty allowing cold water to run back to the tank. Tap replaced….Problem solved! Great service, great engineer, really pleased.
