10 Repairing a loo flush

They arranged for a previously discontinued part to be especially made in Spain to fix the problem. I received constant telephone calls updating me on when they expected delivery and subsequent fitting. Friendly, efficient staff who did an excellent job. Booked for a boiler service and was able to get it done the same day. The lady who sorted the booking was very nice and efficient. The job was quick to do and reasonably priced and the guys who came were very nice, polite, efficient and helpful. I have used Nortons Heating before for maintenance/repairs, they have always been polite and helpful, and I have always been happy with their service. On this occasion I had a new boiler fitted, and they generally appeared to do a good job despite the challenge of getting the old boiler out. I'm disappointed that a number of items appeared to get broken along the way (light fittings, boiler clock) - I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but it's an unnecessary stress I didn't need. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment, however after speaking to the engineer who attended he has advised that the time clock was brittle due to age and advised a new time clock. Norton's serviced our boiler and replaced a radiator a few months ago and we were impressed then by how helpful, reliable and efficient they are. Equally impressed this time by their speedy and helpful response to a shower emergency not of their making. Good advice based on knowledge and experience is obvious.
