    Structural survey including site visit and non intrusive review

    Prompt initial contact with a good break down of what would be provided and the fees charged. Appointment for survey to visit was via Calendly, and a deposit was paid at this point. there was some back and forth due to some issues with the engineer due to visit being in London, but I was consulted and kept informed and this was resolved prior to the visit and it went ahead as planned. The report took approximately 2 weeks to prepare and emailed as soon as the final payment was made. The report was written in simple English, with clear recommendations made, allowing me to decide next steps.
