2 new acuators fitted and tested
The engineer came the following day after my phone call requesting help. He arrived early, was very friendly and efficient. Went to get the parts needed asap and fitted them easily and quickly. Everything was tested before he left. Fairly charged for a job well done. Thank you very much, I would certainly recommend Nutra Plumbing and Heating.

Poor customer service
Made an appointment 2 months ago and they emailed 20mins before it to say they didn’t have an address. I replied and tried to call (number wouldn’t connect) and when I finally got through they say I had to rebook. It took me months to get that appointment and apparently it was my fault despite them only realising on the day they didn’t have an address.

We emailed the customer 8th July asking for her address and advising we had made a provisional booking for 9am. This appointment was made two months ahead, as the customer requested it be after the summer holidays. We emailed the customer at 9am on the morning of the appointment, unfortunately she did not respond until 9.30 and the engineer had to make the decision to leave and attend an emergency call out. We could have rebooked for later the same week, but were not given the opportunity.

Plumbing and fitting new larger sink top and piping and a new outside hose tap.
From first contact to the end of the works they were extremely professional and worked after normal hours to complete the job in a day

Fitting new boiler and radiators
Elliott from Nutra came out and completed the work in just 2.5 days. Very professional, punctual, tidy, cleaned up after himself, explained everything he was doing when asked, and worked around the household. Brilliant! I also used Nutra a couple of years ago and they did a fantastic job installing a new bathroom and downstairs toilet. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.
