    Terrible decorator

    Jake was very polite and helpful but sadly his efforts at decorating were pitiful! After payment we agreed that I would rectify the numerous faults ( purely due to Jake’s perception of satisfactory standards) on the understanding that Jake would supply me with some paint to complete. Sadly Jake decided to ignore me after and I didn’t receive any paint .

    Removing old worktops and replacing sink

    Jake removed some kitchen worktops, sink and taps and refitted new sink and taps. Very professional, very polite and very friendly. A great job at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

    Polite, Professional and a Reliable service

    I am very pleased with the service provided by O’Brain Property Solutions. Jake carried out remedial mortaring around my window to resolve a leak, and the work was completed to a high standard with clear attention to detail. In addition, he assembled flat-pack furniture and completed several other small maintenance tasks efficiently and professionally. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with — nothing was too much trouble. I’d confidently recommend O’Brain Property Solutions and wont hesitate to use them again in the future.
