  Poor experience from start to finish

  Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. Our sun room was supposed to be completed within a day, it took over 2 weeks. Some of it was out of their control due to the rain, however, they didn’t cover up the roof correctly which the rain poured into the house and ruined some of our flooring. It went into our electricity and we had none for 24 hours. They didn’t bother to measure the roof properly. They did not remove all the rubbish. I could go on… The roofer Rhys was nice himself, potentially management is disorganised and poor. Will definitely not recommend this company.

  Slate to Tile Roof Replacement

  O'Four Roofing was very patient as I was deciding on the type of quote, to do a repair or replacement, very well advised on what was going to be more effective. Roof replacement from original slate to tile, the quote was well priced and itemised, so I knew every step of the job. O'Four Roofing were very amiable to when the work could be carried out, as well as extra unexpected additions. The whole team worked very hard as well as extra hours to get the work done (rain didn't help timings) with no complaints. Tidy, organised, kept up to date on a daily basis, friendly, professional.
