  Renovation consultation

  We recently purchased a property requiring modernization and felt worried with the enormity of the task. We engaged with refresh renovations and had a delightful consultation with both Roger and Tracy exploring our options. Straight away my wife and I felt at ease discussing our ideas and agreed a future plan of how to progress.   Terrible customer service

  Update: Following this review, the company offered us money to take it down. I think that sums up the company that they are. My wife and I are bitterly disappointed, frustrated and unhappy with the service we have received. We were most disappointed that no one brought up the project coming in massively over budget until we had to say it to Roger and Tracy. They have acknowledged in subsequent emails that they knew budget was of upmost importance to us, yet it was still mentioned by no one until we said something and even then it felt like nobody really understood.   We have worked with Tracy and Roger several times on multiple projects and they have always surprised us by their proactiveness and professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
