• Shower tray broke

  I broke the shower tray. I knew who to ring because I had used Tom before. He came round that day , looked at the damage. Needed a new tray. That was ordered , within 2 days he started the work. It was finished that day . No mess all tidy, disposed of the old shower tray. You wouldn't of known they had been at all. So helpful , wanted to know that I was happy with the work. Really nice guy , who cares about the work. Would recommend highly.

• Heating system refit

  Tom and his team did a fantastic job of relocating and installing a new boiler when we had an extension on our house. We also had a non vented heating system installed as well which meant we didn’t need a cold or hot water tank. Tom and the guys undertook other work as part of my extension (new downstairs toilet/relocating sink into an island/new mains system/outside hot/cold tap). We were so pleased with the standard of work we got him back to replace all of our radiators through the house. The guys were really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to have them working in my house.

• Crack in cistern part

  Tom came out at short notice to fix a crack in our cistern. He also came straight back when another pipe joint burst with the pressure of the water coming back on. Very courteous, hard working and very tidy Please note - in the question the ‘service I required’ it did not give me the option for WC repair

• Boiler and Leak repair

  We contacted Tom a few weeks ago due to the fact we had discovered a leak in the home we've been renovating. He promptly responded to our call, and was with us in no time. After that problem had been solved we had a few other pluming related jobs that needed to be carried out around the property and he was more than happy to do it. Overall we highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, and will most definitely be using them again in the future if the need ever arises. We are very happy to have the central heating up and running once again.

• New heating system, underfloor heating and cloakroom install

  Tom did all the plumbing work for our kitchen extension. He supplied and installed everything for a new heating system including underfloor heating and also did all the plumbing work for our cloakroom and anything else plumbing related during the extension. We could not be happier with his work. No jobs are too small or too big for him. He is always there to help and answer any questions we might have had through a very stressful process. We cannot recommend him enough and so happy to have a reliable plumber.
