Great communication. Competitive prices. Good time scales
Id like to highly recommend One City Maintenance. I used their services to assist me with installing heat and smoke alarms into my property. The alarms were a requirement by the local council so needed to be hard wired. The job was completed as tidy and neat as possible given that trunking had to be used it was done very well, and so not a complete eye sore. Mastic sealant / damp removal
Good job done overall, damp removed and extractor fan cleaned well.sealant applied appropriately.
