Roof repair
There were holes in wooden soffit caused by birds and squirrels. Wooden fascia paint was peeling on south facing front. Gutters had filled with dirt and plants were growing. when tiles were removed, felt was found to be damaged and wood rotten in places. Tom's initial quote was very low but as additional issues were found the costs were discussed and kept within my budget. All fascias and soffits were covered with plastic and guttering was all replaced with a deeper type to improve flow. Felt was replaced as required. The company provided their own scaffolding so there were no issues with a 3rd party.Verified reviewerJob location: PO8RMike A10 Felt Roofing Installation

Small roof recover and repair
Tom was super efficient, helpful, kind and informative. He and the team worked clean to too spec. I was really pleased with the craftsmanship of my new small roof. Everything was cleaned after and Tom went the extra mile with tidying up any small bits of masonry missing. I will definitely call him back again.Verified reviewerJob location: BN4210 Asphalt Roofing Repair

Tommy is your roof guy!
Tommy and the team did a great job, second time we’ve had them fix a roof (first the main roof then the kitchen extension). Everything done on time, tidy work, great communication, fair pricing and easy to have around. And most importantly, the indoors stays dry!Verified reviewerJob location: BN110 Dormer / Roof Windows

Delighted with my new roof lantern
I found Only Roofs and Fascias through Checkatrade for a roof lantern installation. Tom got in touch quickly and arranged a visit to assess the job. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything clearly, so after getting several quotes I chose Tom and his team. Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates on progress. The team was polite, tidy and respectful of my home, completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. I'm delighted with my new roof lantern. The attention to detail, quality of workmanship.Verified reviewerJob location: BN16RGILLIAN FResponse from Only Roofs & Fascias
