  Very professional, informative and respectful of our properties

  December 2025 I called Joe due to pest control in my loft. It turned out to be rats which had travelled up from my drain (it affected my joining neighbour too from their drain). Joe effectively got rid of the rats after 3 visits and installed guards on both mine and my neighbours drains to ensure they don't come back.

  Bed bugs

  When we contacted Joe about suspected bed bugs, he responded very quickly and arranged to come to come to our house in order to provide a quote a couple of days later. Bed bugs are very good at hiding and are hard to get rid of, Joe made sure we understood that and recommended that we also get a second opinion before making a decision. We accepted the quote and Joe was professional, punctual, friendly and reliable. Two weeks after his last visit, there are no signs of bed bugs. We highly recommend!

  Pest problems

  Joe was called out for a pest problem, upon investigation it turned out to be a mouse problem which was dealt with swiftly. Joe is reliable & professional and i would recommend his services based on my experience.

  Pest Control Expert

  Joe is an extremely friendly person and knows his stuff when it comes to pests. He carried the job out efficiently and got straight to the bottom of the issue. He took care of our mice problem and secured the outside for any potential entries. I'd definitely contact him if I ever had any issues in the future.
