From start to finish Joe was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had rats in our loft and he was able to provide a huge amount of reassurance during the 4 visits. Having tried to treat carpet moths with counter bought products I contacted Onyx as the pest control with a 10 star rating. Not disappointed with my decision and a company that lived up to expectations!
