  Service described was not the service delivered.

  I was assured that I would be satisfied and if not that they would reclean what was not cleaned properly. Diswasher, doors and skirting boards were supposed to be included, I was told everything would be washed and disinfected. Many doors and skirting boards were not even dusted. The dishwasher was not touched. I was told they could not clean the toilet because it was rust. I got the dirt off easily with natural cleaning products. Downstairs was generally cleaned to a better standard than upstairs. However, I have had to reclean everything as standard was so poor.

  Thank you for the feedback… we unfortunately have no words to describe this particular customer therefore we choose to remain professional and non disrespectful. Cooker was not included in the clean so hence why this wasn’t completed in the photographs they have listed. It was extremely hard to please this customer from the first message enquiring about the clean to completion. The customer was asked to look around the home after completion to confirm everything was fine, this was completed infront of 2 cleaning colleagues, we also had a message thanking us for the clean. So very perplexed?

  Punctual, Professional and lovely.

  I can highly recommend Orderly Oasis. We use the regular cleaning service, always a fantastic job and very friendly and professional service. Transforms the house in just a couple of hours!!

  Amazing first clean

  Emma and her orderly oasis team have given me a phenomenal first clean, my kitchen is sparkling and has put me at such ease. Professional communication throughout and incredibly kind and thoughtful service. I hope to continue to use their services for a while. Thank you!

  Orderly oasis came to my parents flat to do a deep clean ready for sale. They did a fantastic job, we were very happy 10 out of 10. Very easy communication too from start to finish. Id highly recommended them .

  Hard working and thorough cleaners

  Emma and her co worker did an excellent job of cleaning the bungalow in readiness for the new owners to move in . Very friendly hard working pair . Would definitely recommend and also use them again if I needed to
