Building a bespoke conservatory
I had a conservatory built by this company. As part of the work they had to move an outdoor tap to make room for the conservatory. The plumber they used worked on the plumbing inside and outside my house. I had a kitchen fitted after the work on the conservatory was finished. About 11 months after it was all fitted I discovered a significant leak on the pipework that had been installed by Orion's plumber. I complained but they won't accept responsibility. The firm that has taken them over will not honour the guarantee. They also built a step which crumbled, they fix it but it's crumbled again

French doors, new front and back door and all new windows installed.

New Rockdoor Installed.
Ryan was extremely helpful and easily contactable from start to finish. We chose the Dakota Rockdoor and could not be happier with the workmanship from the Orion team. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, left the house as clean and tidy as they found it. We are delighted we chose Orion after receiving quotes from other composite door installers in the area.
