  The guys from Osbourne and Sons were absolutely amazing. They were on time and kept all the mess to a minimum. The work they carried out was to an excellent standard, and they’re lovely guys too! We’ll definitely be calling them again to do more work in our house. Thank you!

  Duncan and his team of Dave, Paul and Jon were a pleasure to have around the house. At the end of everyday they cleaned up and left a tidy site . When we had a problem with the project Duncan drove the response by all parties to ensure the delay was minimised. They worked hard right up to the final day and departed the site only when the job was fully finished. Communication was straight forward. We found Osborne and sons through a WhatsApp group so it was a bit of a leap of faith taking them in but can honestly say we had no regrets.

  Osborne and Sons re-plastered 2 rooms in our house and did a brilliant job. The walls were in a very bad state and they consulted us at each stage. The end result was great and we will definitley use them again. Even our neighbours commented on how friendly and professional they were!

  Dave and his team were brilliant. Very efficient, tidied up after themselves brilliantly and did a fantastic job. The job itself was flawless and took the exact amount of time that Dave said it would despite it changing slightly last minute st our request. Would recommend to anyone and have just them back to quote for a new job based on the excellent service they provided. Thank you so much.

• Loft extension to 3-bed semi

  Osbourne and Sons recently completed a loft extension for us, adding 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to our 3-bed semi detached house. We are very pleased with the finished result which has all been done to a high standard. Duncan/Dave and team worked with us to make sure the rooms were laid out as we wanted. They were always open to changes along the way and we had no worries leaving them in the house if we were out. Osbourne and Sons will be the first people we'll call if we ever need work in the future.

• Ground floor refurbishment

  Duncan, Dave, Paul and Chris were a pleasure to work with. We had a slightly delayed start, but the guys promised we’d be back into our kitchen with the boxes unpacked for Christmas….And we were, just! We had regular catch ups to ensure everything was on track, they would always keep us up to date with who was going to be at the house and when, and we’ve kept pretty close to budget (despite some curveballs…!) We couldn’t recommend the team highly enough, and would definitely use them again for any future works.
