  Dreadful experience

  OTM Plumbing & Heating have been utterly unprofessional. What was meant to be a 3–4 week job is still unfinished after 4 months. They constantly left our home dirty with rubbish everywhere (even dumping a bath from another job in our garden). They took on more jobs without completing ours, and so turned up sporadically. They repeatedly made empty promises. The work done is poor quality. The only thing they were efficient about was asking for money. This experience has caused huge stress, left us thousands of pounds out of pocket, and forced us to terminate the contract and find someone else.

  Absolutely shambles

  Bathroom refit started on 27th May 2025 and was supposed to be finished on Thurs 5th of June. It was supposedly finished many times, bad tiling, had to be redone. Bad grouting, still not finished, but we couldn't stand the man in the house any more. He bypassed the water softener, didn't bother to seal a plug hole which is basic plumbing knowledge. We chose OTM because of their great reviews. The experience was a nightmare and he finally left yesterday 24th June. Today we had the plumber in who fitted our central heating and he fixed some of the cock ups. Chipped tiles Absolutely awful.

  Replacing a hot water tank a radiator and sorting out the heating.

  The communication between myself and OTM plumbing and Heating was exceptionally. The standard of work was of a very high standard. They were polite, very helpful and on time. I will use them again. I am happy to recommendthem.

  Emergency Bathroom Service

  Have used Ollie before and would highly recommend him.

  We have used Ollie for the larger jobs ie fitted a new shower for us, plus the smaller jobs like replacing the flush on our toilet always arrives on time, pleasant and polite. Pleasure to have in your home.

  Full bathroom design and refit

  Really good communication from first enquiry to when the job finished. Friendly, informative, they listened to my requirements and talked through my options in great detail. At my request, they covered all aspects of the refit, including hiring a skip, tiling and painting - all done to an excellent standard. They turned up, promptly and always when expected, working with the minimum of mess and cleaning up after themselves. A fast, efficient and fantastic job delivered by absolutely lovely, high class professional people. I couldn't be happier with the work

  The business was efficient and reliable in providing a quote for the work, for arranging a date for the work to be undertaken and for ensuring that the work was done. The plumbing was completed within the proposed timescale and to a very neat and high standard. We were delighted with the result.
