Fantastic!

James was very helpful when the retailer I had bought my 11-month-old laptop from refused to repair it under the warranty, claiming there was evidence of liquid damage. He did a thorough inspection of the laptop, wrote a clear report identifying the likely cause of the fault and made a video showing him carrying out a diagnostic test. The retailer accepted his findings in full and agreed to repair the laptop under the warranty. James was professional, produced the report quickly and was pleasant to deal with.
