  To complete partly commenced wet-room with a given design specification and facilities.

  Works were not carried out in the order, manner or design agreed. Water flow-rates were to be ‘extensively checked’ and remedied before bathroom work commenced. This was omitted or ignored or degraded deliberately. Unnecessary mixed plumbing with inaccessible joints and valves were cemented and tiled in hurriedly without consulting me. Poor water flow resulting from the poor configuration. Opposite of what was instructed. All fittings wrong height, result- showers/jets/toilet/basins all unusable and bathroom needs all tiles chiselling off re-plumb correctly and re-tile. Denies any wrongdoing!

  Firstly, the client had attempted this bathroom refurb themselves or somebody had walked off the job. This project had been idle for2 years and all pipe work had to be redone using a combination of Plastic and Copper to suit the application in hand to minimise bends and leaks, all fittings were in disarray and a whole day was spent just finding things and cleaning up The request the client made like securing 60 x 120 tiles to walls with magnets to allow him easy access to view the concealed valves, plumbing and concealed toilet cistern, were unreasonable and unsafe; this is where he feels we were not listening to him- He failed to notify us that his kids were isolated due to Covid whilst we were working in his house I am an experienced tradesman with bathroom installations my main skill set. I am 95% complete on this project and confident in my work. I welcome another qualified tradesman to give an unbiased opinion as despite numerous attempts the customer has not allowed us to complete the job. Needless to say monies are outstanding The name calling on social media seems unnecessary and feels like a personal attack

  Had a complete new bathroom change with a new spa bath and new shower cubicle and new toilet and sink with new style ceiling and spot lights with also under flooring heating

  The work carried out was done efficiently very clean and excellent work carried out we are so pleased with all the work done and has transformed our bathroom completely so pleased with everything done and all work carried out

  Two bathrooms (family and en-suite), completely designed to a bespoke specification, fitted and some additional furnishings added.

  Bespoke, Creative, Professional...A Personal Touch It took me 6 months before I finally found the right people for the job... I knew immediately after the first meeting that Jazz was the right person. His passion, creativity and vision were apparent as soon as we sat down to discuss ideas. Having several initial face to face meetings, gave the personal edge-he got to know us ensuring the bathrooms addressed our needs and personality. Throughout the process, the customer service was impeccable. Jazz didn’t just build the bathrooms; he built relationships. The aftercare was remarkable.

  Tiled my kitchen and dining room floor.

  Knowing that Jazz had worked on family homes before and carried out tiling work, I contacted Jazz regarding tiling my kitchen, dining room, utility room and downstairs wc. He responded straight away and we agreed on a date. His workman ship is second to none, reliability is fantastic and the finishing was brilliant - just what I wanted. I would fully recommend Pammi contracts for any work and would definitely use Jazz again should I need work doing. Thank you :)

  Resealed en-suite shower unit

  Jazz responded quickly to the initial enquiry, kept us updated about his arrival time, completely the job quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard. Waste was cleared afterward. Highly recommended, would definitely request Jazz for work in the future.
