  New wall ties - great work

  Gary was recommended to us by our surveyor and replaced the wall ties, cleared out the cavities and improved ventilation with new air bricks. Everything was done on time and budget and all left very tidy when the job was done. Gary's experience, knowledge and work are great and we are happy to recommend him.

  The Groundfloor bedroom outer wall had a damp patch next to the window and lintel.

  Gary Parkes arrived ontime and covered all areas of the room against any dust during the work. It did not take him long to remove brickwork fkrom inside the room and gain access to the wall cavity. He quickly found the obstruction in the cavity and removed it and replaced the brickwork with dry bricks. All told very quick and eficient work. Highly recommend.
