I really can't Thank Paul and his amazing team enough , From the start Paul was friendly professional And patient when our date kept changing, The team were fantastic and worked so hard but also had time for a quick funny chat , Boxes etc were available before hand for us , A very professional job , Unfortunately we didn't get to see Paul and the team at the new house in scotland , wow they made that journey quickly! we were flying up the next morning and by the time we arrived they had unloaded and were making their long return journey. Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The men were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were patient with the delay getting the keys to the new property. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommend to anyone!

Paul’s removals were recommended by our estate agent as she had used them for the last 12 years. It was a brilliant recommendation. They were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond during the move by helping us remove doors and replace. They advised us every step of the way and dropped boxes to help us pre-pack (for a small fee). Paul always replied to our questions as soon as possible. Would highly recommend using this company. After 15 months, we finally moved to our bungalow in Ockendon, and through a strong recommendation from a very good friend, we chose Pauls Removals. The long time to move was difficult and we had several "Completion Dates" with many tentative bookings with Paul that kept getting cancelled, but through it all, Paul was very supportive and understanding and accommodating. Come the day of the move, Paul and his team turned up just before 8:00 with 3 vans and 4 staff and they worked tirelessly, friendly and politely until all was loaded.
