  Excellent

Scott was excellent. Extremely engaged and helpful. He spent time advising on and finding the right lock, carried out a careful and neat job, and was courteous and pleasant throughout. Very good.

A very nervous customer to a very happy customer! Great guys!

After seeing a post on facebook I reached out in email, I wasn’t pressured into a call, I’m not good with calls. Explained my situation & they came out the next day for a look & a quote. Within an hour they had sorted my front door for a good price & my back door that my daughter mentioned also had a problem & so they fixed that too! I was very nervous about having people come round but the two guys were great, made me feel comfortable, not pressured, explained everything & did an excellent job! Thank you both so much!

  Absolutely fantastic service

PCB Secure Ltd were absolutely fantastic when I needed a lock replaced at a property I’m no longer local to. They contacted me regarding the replacement and were able to get it sorted the very same day. Communication throughout was first class, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. They took a huge amount of pressure off me, and I’m very grateful. **Highly recommend PCB Secure Ltd — fantastic service from start to finish.

  Locks changed

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, punctual, and excellent communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really went above and beyond to help. The work was completed to a high standard, the price was very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'll definitely be using them again. Thank you!
