Custom PC Building
Tom did a great job assemblying a new PC which required some specific components and gave me lots of advice in order to build a balanced machine especially in terms of cooling. Once the components were ordered and arrived, he had been surprisingly quick to build and test the machine, which now works like a charm. Old laptop replacement
Totally happy with PC Piper. Tom was realistic about the cost of repair outweighing the value of the laptop and was happy to recommend and source a good reconditioned replacement. All our data was transferred, the old hard drive given to us and the redundant laptop recycled, all done for a very reasonable cost. Driver Issue so laptop not connected to Internet
Tom was brilliant, thank you thank you thank you. He fixed my laptop over the phone, talking me through each step. Done in a few minutes. He didn't even charge. It's a nightmare when the computer suddenly stops working, so stressful. Amazing quick response and stress free now. Very old printer with a paper jam, very hard to remove
Mr Piper was very helpful and polite and tried his very best to remove a piece of paper trickily stuck in the printer. He spent considerable time trying. My printer was 20 years old. Unlike other traders who had contacted me, Mr Piper had offered not to charge me if the job could not be completed. He has also taken the time to research and send me information about a suitable replacement. I was very impressed with Mr Piper's professionalism.Job location: NW1
