Leak in gutter in top roof above front door porch
I called Pat on Wednesday 8th March when heavy rain was causing severe leak from gutter in top roof above front door porch. As I was unavailable on Thursday and Friday Pat agreed to come on Saturday at 10.30am to diagnose the issue. Pat not only diagnosed the issue as a loose clip on the gutter causing leak, he repaired it within 50 minutes for low price on Saturday 11th March. Valley clearance and a Slipped Tile
Pat attended to establish the reason for rainwater flowing down the the side walls of our house. Guttering was found to be all in order and after conducting a water test it was found accumulated debris was forcing the rain to go under the tiling and undershooting the guttering. Pat offered a fair quote to erect scaffolding, remove and cut back the valley tiles, to clear all debris and fit a gutter umbrella.
