  Roof renovation

Really happy with the work Peritage Roofing carried out on my roof. They removed the old cement, fitted dry verges and installed a dry fixing system for the ridge tiles. They explained everything clearly before starting and kept me informed throughout. The work was done to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. They even took away an old TV aerial for me. Would definitely recommend Peritage Roofing. Great service from start to finish.

Efficient and easy to deal with

John came round to quote very quickly and gave a price and also followed up by email with confirmation of the estimate and work to be carried out. He even took the time to actually go up onto the roof before giving an estimate, and showed us photos of the damage he could see up there. We needed the work carried out quickly, which John said they could do and he was true to his word. John and his guys were all great to deal with. There was clear communication throughout and they got the job done exactly as agreed, even the scaffolding was taken down within 24hrs of the work being finished.

  Good to know.

They were exceptionally quick to respond to my contact with Checkatrade (I received a call about 5 minutes later!) and they offered to start the work next day. What I had thought would be a relatively minor job turned out to be much bigger, because they discovered a rotten rafter which had to be replaced (no, they weren't trying to trick me; I saw it with my own eyes!). They undertook to carry out the extra work immediately. They finished the work on time and left the site looking tidier than when they started. As far as I can judge, they did a good job. I can recommend them.

Thanks to Paul and John I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, reliable, and completed the roofing work to a very high standard. They arrived on time, kept everything tidy throughout the job, and communicated clearly from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It’s great to find a company that takes pride in their work and delivers exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable roofers.
