  Wall ties and rendering - 10/10

  We had wall ties done via Permafix and chose them after my sister recommended them after having similar works. David was very prompt to arrange a quote and started work exactly when they said they would. Steve who did the work arrived promptly each day. He was very polite, very clean and tidy, also very respectful of our home. Permafix were obliging when we asked mid-job about another job needed (which was additional rendering to the same area) and completed this for us as well. We would not hesitate to use them again.

  Professional, reliable and highly recommended.

  I am absolutely delighted with the work Steve and Paul carried out on my home. They were efficient, polite, respectful and always kept everything clean and tidy. They dealt with an unexpected issue calmly and professionally, which gave me great confidence throughout the job. Even my neighbours commented on how quiet they were and said they barely noticed any work going on, which was a real bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve and Paul and am extremely pleased with the finished result.

  Great Service - Penetrating Damp

  My inspection was carried out by David, it was quick and easy to organise a date for him to come round. I had a few areas of concern and he made sure to take time with me to look at each area and work out what was needed. I had damp proofing completing for penetrating damp in two rooms adjacent to one another. It took 3 days to complete all work, the team were friendly, efficient and did a great job. They were happy to answer any questions I had making sure I had complete understanding throughout

  Review for Damp proof course

  Reword as a review: I contacted Dave when problems were picked up on my homebuyers survey. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and come to look at the property very quickly. He was also always to hand with any questions I had. When I exchanged contracts I booked him in for a damp proof course to be carried out. All the workers we're very friendly and respectful in my house and cleaned up well after every day. Thank you Permafix, I wouldnt hesitate to use you for future work.

  Clear quote and high quality work

  They were quick to arrange a survey and provided a detailed report of their findings with remedial costs broken out per task. When I decided to proceed, they worked around my completion date to start as soon as possible. The work was completed to a high standard and within the originally estimated time window. The team tidied up each day, leaving the house as tidy as possible.
