Pertinacity did a deep clean at my elderly parents home. Austin explained everything to them, even when they asked for extra services, was very respectful and did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning their home. The house looks like a new pin. This is now on a repeat booking. Thank you, so, so much, I'm so grateful!!Verified reviewerJob location: S7RDionne LResponse from Pertinacity Cleaners Ltd

Our goal is to leave you satisfied and your interior sparkling clean. We will do this with professionalism and passion. There is no task that is insurmountable for us.
NEW UPDATE: As a result of ‘fake’ customers, we have taken measures to protect our genuine customers from disappointment and staffs for loss of income by insisting on a 40% deposit of the total cost before an appointment is scheduled.
This sum will be refunded if cancellation takes places 5 days to the appointment.
We do recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond a customer’s control may emerge, in such a scenario, we will grant the customer the option to reschedule.
Thank you for understanding our plight as a small business.
