Pertinacity did a deep clean at my elderly parents home. Austin explained everything to them, even when they asked for extra services, was very respectful and did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning their home. The house looks like a new pin. deep clean followed by regular cleaning
Cleaning was done to a high standard, good communication, nice cleaning products used that smell good afterwards and leave a nice finish. initially booked for a deep clean, and as we were happy with the deep clean we have booked for regular further cleaning.Job location: S8RAdam H9 Cleaner

LOOKING UNTOUCHED
Very detailed clean of my three room apartment. My belongings were treated with good care. Austin was very respectful, proffesional and good at time keeping. He had a very good work ethic and just got on with the job in good spirits. I trusted him around the apartment able to leave it all crystal clear in record time. I have used his cleaning services multiple times and found him to be very accomadating despite running a tight schedule himself. I would certainly reccomend this cleaning service to people. NEW UPDATE: As a result of ‘fake’ customers, we have taken measures to protect our genuine customers from disappointment and staffs for loss of income by insisting on a 40% deposit of the total cost before an appointment is scheduled.
This sum will be refunded if cancellation takes places 5 days to the appointment.
We do recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond a customer’s control may emerge, in such a scenario, we will grant the customer the option to reschedule.
