Very detailed clean of my three room apartment. My belongings were treated with good care. Austin was very respectful, proffesional and good at time keeping. He had a very good work ethic and just got on with the job in good spirits. I trusted him around the apartment able to leave it all crystal clear in record time. I have used his cleaning services multiple times and found him to be very accomadating despite running a tight schedule himself. I would certainly reccomend this cleaning service to people. 10 declutter and clean

Thanks to a flare up of a chronic illness and other things out house was a mess. I was completely overwhelmed. Cleaners had come previously and were quite rude when giving a quote. Pertinacity came in and cleared floors and cleaned. No judgement, just sorted it all. Requested a deep clean of a very large property which needed a serious amount of cleaning to be carried out. This was an enormous task and I cannot explain just how incredible he was. The house was absolutely sparkling at the end. He worked so hard and explained he would not leave the property until it was cleaned to a superior level, and if anything he exceeded all expectations. The job was done over 2 days, and due to the impeccable results we actually offered more money as the quote he gave was so cheap. PLEASE PLEASE use this company you will not be disappointed! NEW UPDATE: As a result of ‘fake’ customers, we have taken measures to protect our genuine customers from disappointment and staffs for loss of income by insisting on a 40% deposit of the total cost before an appointment is scheduled.
This sum will be refunded if cancellation takes places 5 days to the appointment.
We do recognize that sometimes circumstances beyond a customer’s control may emerge, in such a scenario, we will grant the customer the option to reschedule.
