We had a wasp nest under an old apple tree that had fallen over. Tree surgeon unable to continue with their work and were stung several times. Husband phoned Steve in the evening and he came round first thing in the morning. Very polite and professional. Wasp nest dealt with and good advice given . The wasps had made a nest under the tile of the room, in accessible from the loft and tricky to reach from the outside. The nest was successfully treated first go. Communication was clear, turned up at exactly the agreed time and payment was simple.
