Rats in loft and 360 access inspection
I contacted the firm via Checkatrade and got a very quick response and call out next working day. Darren was a great technician - he called ahead to advise arrival, reviewed our rats-in-loft problem directly and took action, then advised us at length about measures to look out for and take in the interim to his next visit. Could not recommend him highly enough based on this initial visit and has given us immediate peace of mind. 10/10 all round, thank you!Verified reviewerJob location: SO5110 Pest / Vermin Control

Silverfish
Darren came to assess and treat our silverfish problem. From the very start of his visit, he was most professional even putting on shoe covers when coming into the house which was extremely respectful and something most trades don't do. Darren explained thoroughly what he was going to do to treat the silverfish and said he would be back in two weeks time to check on the traps. I was extremely impressed by how courteous and professional Darren was in carrying out his work. I would definitely recommend this company to deal with any pest issues you might have.Verified reviewerJob location: SO4010 Pest / Vermin Control

Rat Callout
Contact with Pestkill was very efficient from the start, office side was good at doing what they said, i.e. ringing back and keeping in contact and the operative sent out to attend to our rat problem was first class. Arrived on time dealt with the situation professionally and carried out the first phase of the work. Darren was polite , courteous, and efficient in his job with plenty of knowledge to make us feel that he knew what he was doing. Overall a good experience so far, long may it continue.Verified reviewerJob location: SO5310 Pest / Vermin Control
