Simon was quick to respond and quick to come out. He was very professional in explaining how he’d deal with the wasps, answered all my questions and said if they aren’t all gone he’d be happy to come back. Would recommend.

Simon came out quickly! Really friendly and explained what he was going to do and had good knowledge about the problem. As he said the wasps were gone the next day. Hopefully won’t have to use him again but if the wasps make a return we definitely would.

Simon was able to come over within a couple of days and spent some time investigating the area to find out entry points and any possible issues. Some electrical wire damages were located and we have a clear prevention set up now in place for once this is repaired. Simon was friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about which really put us at ease. The price was absolutely reasonable and we were really impressed that any future visit requirements were considered on site after considering the issue- not just as a standard approach.

Very helpful guy, Simon, came round on the day. I confirmed I’d like him to do the job. His price was very good and it also included guarantee that he would come back and do the wasps nest again if it didn’t go – mainly because he was entirely confident it would go. But that was great reassurance. Very pleasant communications and hopefully the wasps have gone!
