  Efficient and knowledgeable

  Making an appointment was easy and efficient. Mark phione ahead to say that he would be able to come a little earlier if that fitted in with our plans. He arrived and quickly assessed the problem and got straight on with resolving it. Problem fixed he gave us some good advise on how we might the problem in the future. Superb efficient service that i have no hesitation in recommending.

  Drain problem sorted easily

  Contacted Phil's Drainage Services as I had rodent Problem. Carla on reception was friendly, listened to my problem and organised Mark the engineer to visit that afternoon. Mark was also friendly, carried out a full CCTV inspection, explained everything and problem sorted that day. Great team. Highly recommend

  Professional approach

  Work done was foul water drainage repairs (structural lining), chamber repairs, and gully replacement. I was very happy with the work done (over 4 days) and impressed with the high quality and professional approach that was adopted throughout. There was a clear keenness to observe good practice and give attention to safety & conduct on site. I was kept very well informed of progress, and both the survey & final reports were very detailed and gave confidence in the work done. Work started on the specified date and completed a little early, and the final price was within the original estimate.

  Professional, reliable and thorough

  My call was taken by a helpful and resourceful person, who made an appointment for a couple of days later. The job was complicated and required two visits, but this situation was explained simply and clearly. The job was done carefully, thoroughly and successfully. I was very impressed by the operator's professional attitude and behaviour, and also by his friendly demeanour. His rates were reasonable and he was generous in the way he calculated the time taken. Overall, I am very happy with the excellent service provided.
