Phoenix ACR Limited is a family run business based in the heart of Sittingbourne, Kent. The company was established in February 2020 after being in the trade for nearly a decade when the owner decided to take a leap of faith and serve happy customers directly. We believe that running a small independent company allows us to have more of a personal touch which in return allows us to have a better rapport with our customers. We are accredited by Refcom, the UK's market leading F Gas certification scheme to ensure we are following the government guidelines to environmental protection with the use of refrigerant.
