  Soundproofing party wall

  This was the second time we had Pinnacle Sound in to do this type of work. We had a full soundproofing done along the adjoining wall with our neighbours and they also removed a double inbuilt wardrobe between 2 rooms in our house and replaced them with a soundproofed wall to give more space in both bedrooms. Ralph and Frank did the majority of the work and they were polite and efficient, it was finished two days early. The end result is brilliant, completely cuts out sound from next door and between the two bedrooms. We would definitely recommend them.

  Construction of music room, installation of fire door, new window sill and decorating.

  A very high standard of work. Updates provided upon request. The sound isolation work was very specific and required attention to detail that was provided. The expectations were exceeded in some key areas (carpentry and electrics) and the team worked within the specified hours. The new room they created for me is excellent. They were very polite and kept noise to a minimum.

  Soundproofing of all party walls and treatment of flanking noise

  I had to discuss quality of workmanship issues midweek with them. Having been careful not to compromise the work, after about 5 months noticed could hear next door again. Next door can hear my violin clearly. Soundproofing has now failed. Pinnacle have refused to have any more contact with me. Their attitude has to be to automatically blame me rather than help. I have found their handling of the situation unprofessional and lacking in customer care. Pinnacle did not provide feedback form on completing the job.

  Unusual for Pinnacle Sound to receive a negative review but the customer from 2017 is entitled to her opinion but please check out our other reviews. Summary: Works carried out in June 2017. customer made contact November 2018, stating Soundproofing failed. Soundproofing does not just fail! We applied a good application with some space restrictions, we were not the last trades on site, carpet fitters, friends carrying out carpentry works, we feel the soundproofing has been compromised making weak areas for flanking paths. We have asked for a list of works carried out by other trades but have just been told they have been carried out correctly. We offered continuous advice and guidance, even sent out FOC materials, we have photos of the completed project. Finally, because of nasty e mails we suggested further correspondence should be via a third party, which caused frustration. We are Proud of our other reviews, great service, workmanship, from a courtesy Pinnacle Sound Team.

  Soundproofing spare room.

  Pete and crew did a great job soundproofing my spare room and adding acoustic treatment so I can mix and record music and not annoy my neighbours. They fitted a high quality acoustic door into a difficult space in an old cranky Victorian house with great skill, and I am very happy with the whole thing. Lovely people to deal with couldn't recommend enough.

  Party wall soundproofing.

  Peter and his team did a fantastic job, 3 months later and we have had no issues and the sound we could previously hear from next door has gone. They left the room very tidy every night and did a fantastic job finishing the wall. When they were done, you would not know they had been other than the freshly plastered wall. We would definitely recommend them, and are currently arranging to have them back to do the next stage.
