Plug replacement
Jalen was absolutely excellent. Explained everything to me clearly, I was confident he not only took the best route to complete the job but also didn’t try to rip me off at any point! A pleasure to have round my flat and I would definitely book him again.Verified reviewerJob location: UB1RElspeth H10 Emergency Plumber Service

Brilliant
Picked Jalen from the other reviews on here, and all true. We had a leak at mother-in-laws on an old hit water cylinder. Jalen was out within a hour and replaced all the old imperial pipes on the system, as part of the fix as well. MIL is very pleased with the work and how clean it was all left, as well as how polite Jalen was. Highly recommended.Verified reviewerJob location: HA610 Water Leak Detection

Bathroom leak
I was so pleased with Jalen’s help. He brought a can-do attitude to an issue I had been grappling with for several weeks. I found him to be much more constructive than other plumbers I had tried. He was also very personable and was happy to return to manage a final fix after leaving for the day.Job location: N1RJasmina O9.67 Blocked Baths

Shower pump replacement
Jalen was very prompt in answering my request and just as prompt in calling to my property. As with many plumbing jobs, it appeared straightforward but wasn’t! Jalen however had the skills and knowledge to put it right. Shower pump installed successfully and at a very reasonable price.Verified reviewerJob location: WD19RConor C10 Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing
