  Fit shower screen

  Good work ethic, poor standard of work. Reversible shower screen fitted wrong way round, told me could not be fitted correct way. After discussion fitted correct way. Drilled holes in frame where not needed, exposed after fitting. Lost/did not fit decorative covers. Fitted door rollers upside down. Used brute force to remove old screen causing damage to shower tray. Used sealant where not needed, sealant lines extremely messy. Use of power tools where not needed causing damage. I removed completely and refitted myself after purchasing replacement parts that had been damaged.

  Unfortunately I felt my only option was to walk away . I expressed on several stages throughout the project that it was the incorrect way to complete the work . Despite my professional opinion? No charge for work completed and mutually agreed .

  Kitchen Mixer Tap Replaced

  Albert from Piping Hot Plumbing responded quickly to my request for help with replacing our broken mixer tap in the kitchen. He made sure I was happy with the price and we soon had a date and time to do the work. In fact, he was able to fit us in a day earlier than planned, and the work was done speedily and with care. It was efficient and friendly service and we would be happy to use PHP Solutions again.
