Unreliable
Very slow to diagnose problem but appears to be correct. Then required us to source the part: He said he would send us the details. He hadn't taken the model and serial; we had to do this . We found the part and bought it. He said he would come to fit it. This didn't happen. We fitted the part with difficulty. I am 80 years old and partially disabled. Luckily I am an experienced technician and my wife is competant or the job would not be completed. I would not recommend this person to anyone. I’m pleased that the fault diagnosis proved to be correct and that the replacement part resolved the freezer problem. Unfortunately, after the replacement part arrived, I was attending a family funeral and was therefore unable to return as originally planned. I’m Peter, an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance & Automation Engineer with over 20 years of engineering experience in domestic appliances, commercial catering equipment, industrial maintenance, electronic fault finding, refrigeration and automation.
I take pride in providing honest advice, quality workmanship and reliable repairs, treating every customer’s property and equipment with care and respect. My goal is to repair equipment wherever practical, helping customers avoid unnecessary replacement costs.

We specialise in the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of:
• Domestic appliances, including ovens, cookers, fridge freezers, dishwashers, microwaves and extractor hoods.
• Commercial catering equipment, including ice machines, dishwashers, glasswashers, fryers, refrigeration equipment and food preparation machinery.
We also provide preventive maintenance, fault finding, servicing, replacement of faulty components and performance testing.
We cover Lancashire and surrounding areas, offering flexible appointments and professional support for both domestic and commercial customers.
