Unreliable
Very slow to diagnose problem but appears to be correct. Then required us to source the part: He said he would send us the details. He hadn't taken the model and serial; we had to do this . We found the part and bought it. He said he would come to fit it. This didn't happen. We fitted the part with difficulty. I am 80 years old and partially disabled. Luckily I am an experienced technician and my wife is competant or the job would not be completed. I would not recommend this person to anyone. I’m pleased that the fault diagnosis proved to be correct and that the replacement part resolved the freezer problem. Unfortunately, after the replacement part arrived, I was attending a family funeral and was therefore unable to return as originally planned. I did communicate this to you and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused. I understand this was frustrating, particularly as you wanted the repair completed as soon as possible.
