Fridge/freezer not cooling
Engineer came out and was very honest in telling us it would need a regards which would be expensive and not easy to do as a cheap appliance. We decided to buy a new one. Fridge/freezer call out. Unfortunately not worth repairing.
Communication was great. Was given a 3 hour slot which was kept. Engineer was very honest regarding price of re-gas and possible outcomes. Decided not to go ahead but get a new appliance instead.
