Toilet repair
Absolutely awful experience. Ricky came recommended after a previous bad plumbing experience, but unfortunately made things even worse. My wife was just coming out of hospital after a C-section, and I urgently needed the upstairs toilet fixed so she wouldn’t have to go up and down stairs. He quoted four hours to fix the issues, but spent most of that time “investigating” rather than actually repairing anything. He only partially fixed the problem (an issue with the cistern), and even then, he left after just three hours—but still tried to bill me for four. Water problems solved!
We have used RIcky a number of times as we know we can always trust him to come to us promptly and do an excellent job when he arrives. Most recently he dealt with blocked pipework under our sink that had caused water to flow back into the washing machine: this was a bit messy and Ricky made sure that everything was spotless before he left us, as he always does on the rare occasions that we need his help.
