1 star — Broken Promises and No Heating or hot water for days
No work was carried out. I have a subscription, I pay monthly. My boiler stopped working on Sunday and they were meant to come on Monday. Despite the confirmation text, they then called me to say the company they outsource too were too busy and didn’t have an engineer available. So they then sent me a confirmation for Thursday!
